Exporting a Product Set
Back it up, move it to another device, or send it to another sawyer.
How to export a product data set from Log Master so you can back it up, move it to another iPhone or iPad, or share it with another sawyer. Pick what to include on the Export screen, then choose where to save the pack file.
What the video shows
- 0:00 — From the main menu, open the optimizer menu.
- 0:03 — Under Tools, choose Export…
- 0:06 — The Export screen lists what's on this device, by type.
- 0:09 — Under Product Data Sets, pick the set to export.
- 0:15 — Leave everything else off — the footer shows what's selected.
- 0:19 — Tap Export…
- 0:21 — Name the pack file and choose where to save it.
- 0:30 — Saved. The pack holds the product set, ready to back up, move to another device, or share.
The recording shows the app running on a Mac, so the save dialog is a Mac one. On iPhone or iPad, that step uses the Files sheet instead — you still choose where to save.
