Data Stored Locally on Your Device
All user-generated content is stored locally on your device and is never accessible to Bunyan Software, including:
- 3D scan data captured using your device's LiDAR sensor
- Measurement results, log yield calculations, and assessments
- User-created reports and project files
- App configuration and preferences
Bunyan Software has no access to this data. It never leaves your device unless you choose to export it.
Data Collected by Apple
As our App Store and payment partner, Apple collects app download records, subscription and payment records, and crash reports (if enabled in your device settings). Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data We Collect Directly
- Your email address if you contact us for support
- Your subscription status via Apple's StoreKit framework
- Aggregate anonymised usage statistics if you opt in via Apple's analytics — no personally identifiable information
3. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance — processing to provide the Apps and manage your subscription
- Legitimate interests — aggregate analytics to improve the Apps
- Legal obligation — retaining records as required by law
- Consent — where applicable, you may withdraw at any time

The Apps are not directed to children under 16 (under 13 in the US). Contact us if you believe a child has provided us with personal data and we will delete it promptly.
